   I am forever wasting paper towels as spoon rests. This was a really good price and works exactly how it should. It's also super easy to clean... you can toss it in the dishwasher, but all it really needs is a light wash by hand. I have yet to find any food that sticks to it, so no need to scrub. My last plastic rest died in a melty mess because it got too close to the oven vent....this one stands up great to heat!
