I orginally bought this for my wife. She decided it did not work for her so I gave it a try and it is great. I have now claimed it and have been using it for almost a year. My problem was when I sleep on my side my collar bone joint with the shoulder would hirt in the morning and eventually would inflame and hirt all the time. With the SideSleeper Pro I can slightly rotate and support my back on the arm of the SideSleeper and take the weight off of my shoulder. Now all the collar bone joint pain has disappeared. When I need to sleep on my back just spread the SideSleeper arms further apart and rest my head on the top of it. I am lucky that my wife has sown a couple of J-shaped pillow cases to fit it. It definitely needs them.
I am so delighted with this pillow I bought a 2nd as a backup in case they disappear off the market.
