   Without this pillow I would wake up with "cauliflower ear", very painful. I always sleep on one side or the other and no matter how soft the pillow or firm it was I would wake up with terrific pain on my ear until it "thawed" out (circulation was back). This pillow eliminates that 100% ! I have had 3 of these within last 6 years or so. Outer cover needs to be made of a more durable material as repeated washes tear it up It seems to be made of very thin cotton. Other than that one flaw I could not sleep without it.

   I was having trouble sleeping and getting up in the middle of the night with my arms and hands going to sleep. I am a side sleeper you see. I even went to the doctor for the pain and stiffness I would have after waking and all I got was pain medication which still did nothing for my problem. I felt like it had something to do with the way I slept so I did some research and discovered this pillow. It made sense to at least try it. Well I purchased it and tried it out. I no longer have these problems since I started using my Sidesleeper Pro Neck and Back Pillow! I no longer take the pain medication. Thank you so much for your product! I will never sleep on a regular pillow again!

   I have arthritis in my neck, ringing in my ears and I sleep on my side. I have tried pillows, before trying these I was rolling one under my neck, tucking a small pillow behind my head, and flip-flopping in bed all night. I love, love, love this pillow. It took about 3 hours to inflate after rolling out of the wrapper. I have had this for months, probably once a week or so I fluff it and it returns to full fluff, I lay my head down and the pillow gently softens around my head and neck. I lay my head in the center of the pillow to allow this to happen. I was in very much pain when I stayed not in my bed and I did not bring this pillow.

   I had one bought for me two years ago, and loved it, I took it everywhere with me. I finally had a pillow that supported my neck and gave me something to hold one to (I tend to sleep with it backwards). After my puppy killed it (he attacks anything with stuffing and I accidentally left it out one day) I was very excited to find this replacement. I got it and two days without is two days to much. My husband borrowed it last night, I didn't sleep well, but him? It's the best nights sleep he has had in years. So I am back again buying a 3rd. It encouraged him to sleep on his side, so no snoring, his shoulder and neck feel much better, and his legs seemed to stay still most of the night.
   To those who don't like the ear hole, turn it over! Or take the button out. I had a problem with the button undoing and making my ear sore, but I removed it from the inside of the case and no more problems. Also I am 5'2 so those that say its only for taller people shouldn't speak for all of us shorties (all good things come in small packages). My husband is 5'10 so works for him too. We are gonna fight over this one till the new one gets here I just know it!
   It is a firm pillow, but that's how u get the support.
   I have tried so many pillows, angled, memory foam, those bead ones (yuk), even a pregnancy pillow (huge thing it was), and this one is by far the best, by 1000%. I will return to buy more!

   Finally my search is over! I am a side sleeper and have been on the search for the perfect pillow, or really any that didn't give me a major neck ache. I've tried them all. Foam, down, seed filled etc. and they were either too high or too flat. Saw an ad for one of these SideSleepers om TV and thought what did I have to loose. The first week or two it was an adjustment to get used to but I did not have any neck discomfort from day one. I sleep on both sides and leave it in one position and it does fine. Love the the cover comes off to wash. My only complaint is that I am 5' 1" and petite with small shoulders, my ear does not align with the hole that well but it does not bother me either. I travel to Florida a lot and will be getting a second one to keep there. I love this pillow!

   My family does an "as seen on tv" theives Christmas every year and one year this is what I ended up with. My husband and I laughed about another year, another gift to regift in another direction (away from the family). Well, I got curious and pulled the pillow out and now I don't sleep on anything but this pillow. It is the perfect high and the perfect squishiness to support without giving me a headache and the height without the neckache. I made the mistake of trying to wash it because I had had a fever while using it and had sweated on it terribly. It fell apart in the washer. I slept so horribly the nights between the disaster and the receiving of my new pillow that I will never be without one again. Even if you toss and turn, like me, it doens't matter which end you end up hugging or which is end is behind you. I find I am comfortable either way, though more so when it is used properly. I reccomend getting a second and even a third case for it so that you can avoid the need to wash the pillow itself. Because you sleep All Over it, hugging it and leaning into it and having your face and ear right on top of it, It gets dirtier faster than your regular pillow case. I am now a big fan of febreeze as well as a Saturday out in the sun for a few hours to keep it fresh.

   I bought this in hopes of helping me snore less and sleep better. Well I sleep better at least! As far as snoring, the wife says she doesn't notice it as much. The problem is that you can start out on your side but you gradually move around at night and end up on your back. This pillow helps decrease that but I often wake up either lying on my back on top of the pillow or on the bed with the pillow pushed out of the way. I found that over 2 weeks I seem to sleep better although not every night. It is a very comfortable "cheap" pillow and such a great idea. I think if I were able to, I would attach an elastic strap that would help it from moving away from my body at night. Sleeping on your side can help alleviate snoring, dry mouth, and mild sleep apnea and so for that, I gave this pillow 5 stars. It is a great price and great idea. My only suggestion is that they should make it a tad bit harder so that it would keep its shape better. I disagree with some of the negative comments about it being a "sandpaper" feeling cover. I don't even use a cover (although I should).

   As someone with neck and back problems, I've bought many different pillows over many years, but had resigned myself to simply waking up every morning with a stiff neck and aching shoulders. A friend told me about this and, although skeptical, I decided to try it out. I noticed a tremendous difference the veery first night and continue to sleep better every night than I have since I was young. I'm waking up refreshed without the aches and pains. I'm also breathing more deeply than I can ever remember. The pillow looks like it might not be comfortable, but I found it very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone suffering from neck or back problems or sleep apnea.

   I used to shove my pillows into weird positions with part of it behind my back. I ran across this in a store, and it was love at first sleep. I've had a total of three, so yes they do wear out. I am still giving it a 5-star review because it makes my neck so comfortable with little pushing and pulling.
   I don't know if someone else would consider this a negative, but I must carry this with me every time I intend to sleep somewhere other than home. If not, I am in for a rough night if the pillows there don't "give" enough to be squished into the right position. But, I was carrying pillows with me before discovering the SideSleeper, so your mileage and experiences may vary.
