   Unfortunately, I get chronic migraine headaches and suffer terribly. This heating/cold pad WHICH GOES UP YOUR NECK, HAS HELPED MY MIGRAINES SO MUCH! It relaxes my muscles and shoulders, ribs (I have a connective tissue disorder) and back! I don't put in for 3 minutes as it gets too hot!!! Two minutes are perfect. It's incredibly soft and I love the blue color. The scent is mild enough to definitely not be offensive ! It's mild lavender! I would definitely recommend this product and now I have to fight my husband for it! I definitely recommend this product!

I think we have to get a second one because I found it to be very effective for my stress headaches and migraines. The minute I feel stress building up in my neck and shoulders - I warm this for 2 minutes and it helps. The warmth helps relax my muscles and the weight brings down my anxiety. Plus, it stays warm for a while! It has a bit of a smell - maybe it's lavender - but it's not overpowering or overwhelming. Overall, it works well.

There is a slight rise in the back that sits high on the neck so she gets the heat right where she needs it. It's got a very calming fragrance that's not overbearing and the weight is perfect.    My husband has 2 bulging discs in his neck, he uses an electric heating pad almost daily. I saw this and thought it may work better. He LOVES it. Like said it was top 5 best gifts I've ever given him (we are married with kids been together a very long time, lol) obviously the downfall is you have to keep microwaving it but the shape and way it hugs the neck makes up for that. Worth every penny. So soft. It doesn't smell bad but it doesn't smell like super lavendary either.. It smells like all these type things you throw in a microwave.
