   This package arrived the next day, which was nice since i was in pain. The packaging is very nice and the instructions were clear on how to heat it or cool it. I have only used it heated. After multiple uses, I am still using it regularly. I love the weights in it as those help it stay in place. I love the collar that sits high on the neck, although I wish there were a way to make it stay sitting high on the neck while sitting up. Regardless, it is nice to have that extra collar to cover the neck and not just the shoulders. I have fibromyalgia and one time the weights were a bit too heavy for my sensitivity and it was hard to keep good posture, but mostly that hasn't been an issue. Overall great product- better than expected- and MUCH better than a normal, frumpy heating pad that doesn't shape to your shoulders and neck. Love that it's made in America also.

   Great product. Awesome pain reliever for my neck. Customer service is top notch. I had to exchange it because the seal on the packaging was broken and it said don't use if seal is broken. I had the replacement before I had the return in the mail. The moist heat is a game changer. Scent may be strange to some but that's just how lavender smells when you heat it, however, I don't find it offensive. Was very impressed I received an envelope addressed to me that was hand written with an actual stamp on it. The enclosed letter was very impressive. It is very obvious they are putting their heart and soul into their product. That is the main reason I took the time to write this review. I wish the family that runs the company all the best and thank you for standing behind your product.

   This neck heating wrap is amazing. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on other neck heating pads/ wraps and this one of course stood out compared to others. It holds the heat very well after you microwave it and I feel it's very safe as far as not worrying you'll burn a hole in it in the microwave which is a big reason I steered away from other neck pads. The smell of this is very earthy. It does smell like lavender but also reminds me of wood or something in the woods. I like the smell and it's very comfortable & soft around your neck and on your skin. My dad was also very impressed at how nice it heats up. It warms you up after you've been outside in the cold this time of year and it loosens up your stiff neck, which is exactly why I bought it.

   I really enjoyed this product to use for my stomach area when I have cramps. I have a bad habit of sleeping with the heating pad on which is not safe. My heating pad was wearing down and I wanted a more sustainable substitute. This product is shipped in cardboard and smells amazing. The lavender is extremely relaxing and the warmth lasts so long. This product also has a weight to it that helps relax the muscles. I don't have to ever worry about burning my skin or unplugging it as if it were a heating pad. I took a nap with this to relieve my pain and woke up feeling refreshed and it was still warm! This product has many uses but this is my main use for it. I highly recommend this product!

   Because I have been having trouble with headaches/neck aches and stress related to some medical issues. I also have a chronic problem with trying to fall asleep. The first night I used this It relieved my headache and relaxed my neck muscles so much that I don't remember anything till I woke up hours later. The next night I warmed it up and placed it on my husband's neck just to show him how great it felt. I almost had to wrestle it away from him. He immediately asked me to order him one. Needless to say that I have not gone to bed 1 night since without using mine. My husband received his and lays in his recliner each night after work with his. I would highly recommend this product.

   For starters, the packaging was a beautiful, well made cardboard tube. Inside that the wrap came inside a draw string pouch made of the same silky soft material as the heat wrap. The wrap itself is heavy, which is a good thing! It sits on your shoulders and doesn't fall off when you move. The weight of the wrap means the heat lasts a long time. But it doesn't get too hot like other wraps! It is evenly distributed and doesn't burn. I think heating it inside the pouch helps with that. When new, it does have a slight odor, but after a few uses, it dissipates. I use it often and hopefully for a long time.

This is the best self-care item that you give as a gift to someone -- or better yet, buy one as a gift and get one for yourself too. It gives so much relief and ease to the shoulders and neck, and is very comfortable to wear. The fabric is so soft and shaped just right for the neck and shoulder area.    Absolutely 5 stars for ease of use, softness and pain relief! I suffer from severe tension headaches at the base of my skull that radiate into my shoulders and upwards into my entire head. The pain is unbearable and equate to a migraine. The smell is something else... The instructions plainly say not to wash or wet pad but when I microwaved it, it was wet when I took it out. I don't know if it got wet in storage or shipping?? It smells like hay? Musty? There is a hint of lavender tho. I am not sure if I got a messed up one or what. I am going to contact the seller after writing this review. I will update later.
