   I love my bands. I gave the other 2 and kept the 1. It's very durable and great for training. These straps are great for booty exercises. Shape Up Booty Bands ahaha These bands are awesome! The exercise booklet provides very helpful pictures and descriptions of the moves. I've been "in pain" in a good way for a while. The band works your muscles a lot!    I haven't needed to use these for a complete workout. But use them for a partial workout. Shape Up Booty Bands are good for leg workouts, they stay in place and don't twist/roll back. Shape Up Booty Bands aren't as good for a booty workout for me as they're larger and the size can't be adjusted to move them closer to the knee on my thighs like traditional resistance bands.

   I just bought these - Shape Up Booty Bands for the heavyweight band. Am I stupid? They don't sell these individually, anywhere? I haven't even touched the other two and for what? If you are looking for good quality resistance bands - look no further. - Shape Up Booty Bands These are VERY much better than plastic or anything else made of because they are made from fabric. That being said, they are a tougher exercise but great for those BOOTY GAINZ! These are tricky to use, so you'll get a great workout out of these!

   I can't believe I waited so long to capture these resistance bands. I wish I had the Shape Up Booty Bands sooner—- they're so good! I'm using plastic resistor strips that constantly tear and I constantly have to replace. They are solid and strong and I can say that they will not break easily. Used for beginners to practice while watching TV. Very helpful

   I've been getting Shape Up Booty Bands them for over a week and since then have been using average strength every day. I only use them for my leg exercises. I had to do sitting exercises due to a knee injury and they were perfect. They really stay in place, don't roll, don't pinch and are very well made and finished.

   I like these bands for creating limited range of motion (ROM). The outside of the Shape Up Booty Bands has a fabric-like feel so it doesn't roll up easily (causing pinching/pushing and terrible pressure points) when in use. Each band creates a different resistance level. I gave them a 5 star rating for the ROM because they did a great job of limiting it, but if someone wants a band that offers minimal resistance and lots of ROM, I wouldn't recommend this set of bands. Will definitely buy again whenever these wear out or break.
