This knife is heavy and solidly built. Perfect for the outdoors or even in your kitchen. Turns an amateur chef into a pro!

This is a 100% hand-made knife. It is made of high-carbon stainless steel Clad Steel blade. Its operation process is very complicated. The time for producing a knife is longer than that of ordinary knife. It needs constant in the production process.
In the quenching – Hammer -tempering- clamping steel – Hammer -quenching- tempering and other continuous cycle operations.

The quenching splash is 780 degrees and the tempering is 180 degrees – 200 degrees.
This operation guarantees the hardness and sharpness of this knife .

It s very well balanced, and the height adds a bit of leverage enabling you to chop vegetables/meat with ease and speed. I also love the finish of the handle. This is a lot of value for the money. People are paying twice as much on other sites for the same knife. EXTREMELY sharp out of the box. Even still, I sharpened it slightly before I used it for the first time...I think it might cut through a lightsaber!
