Self Tennis Training Tool 2.0

Fill the base with water and it instantly becomes heavy enough to hold the device in place. Non-slip pads underneath for stability. Untie the string, hit the ball as hard as you want and the ball will bounce back to you. The harder you hit, the faster the ball bounces back to you. The rubber band is 15 feet long and extends up to 30 feet for tough balls. To shorten the recovery time, wrap some rope around the sole to your desired length
