It is not possible to quantify the effectiveness of this posture correction BUT subjectively, the utility of this product as a back brace seems to be useful as it conditions the user in a pulling position. backwards (hence better posture).i likes it

   i love my new back brace! It is made out of wide velcro straps and comes package in this little box. After I figured out the fit of the brace and had the straps adjusted, it was a breeze to wear. Started getting sore after about an hour the first few days, but not so sore as I go along.
