Wear it for 20 minutes at a time or until it gets in the way of feeling ok. Build up a “tolerance” like with contacts. I bet this can help people. I'm gonna try to work out with it

   I've been wearing it while my back heals and I've been upright for over a year now. It straightens my neck and lifts my head and gives me confidence. I'm not saying it's magic, but like "with diet and exercise" it has helped me overcome the physical pain of back pain and the emotional pain of knowing I'm getting older. I still need to wear it to check my posture but it makes me more aware of my body and has worked very well for me beyond just changing my routine. I like to think of it as a shock collar, it's a tool to get results but it won't fix my back on its own.
