Are they sometimes fussy? yep.
Are they basically just oversized trinkets? yeah.
Are they fun? Yes indeedy they are.
There is only one single wish I have for the folks who design these silly wonderful toys.
Make the color change SLOOOOOOOWWWWWER. That would make them even MORE fun.
As in:
I wanna see it take 7 whole entire MINUTES to have the light change color from, say, 100% red to 100% green. And another 7 minutes from 100% green to 100% blue. And so on.
Cuz right now they are built/programmed so the color change takes something like 30 seconds which is quite nice already. I haven't *timed* it, though.
There's few things as engaging to some types of overstressed minds as watching those colors shift and change in a dark room. It's incredibly soothing. Bad things just melt away.
