The barrel is longer than the other ones that I’m used to, so with the longer barrel it covers a large amount of hair area at a time, which is a plus since I have a lot of hair. The temperature rates are great and it has a shut off function in case you forget to turn it off.

   Love this iron! I had ordered an Ion from Sally's but it would not curl even a super thin strand of my hair! It sure would burn it though! So, I saw this one and gave it a try. It curled my hair very nicely and gave my hair bounce and body. Be careful to gradually increase the heat until you find the right setting for your hair and also use a heat protectant!!! Otherwise your hair will smell burnt! Dummy me forgot and even after I washed my hair it still smelled burnt! Other than that, this iron is amazing! Will be ordering a smaller version!

   This is hands-down the BEAT curling iron ever. I get amazing, loose, smooth curls with no frizz in sight (and I live in Florida where humidity is awful). I get compliments on my hair every time. I have long, thick, hard to manage hair, and this has totally transforms routine. Curling my hair used to be a special occasion, and now it’s my everyday style. My only complaint is that mine takes about 2-3 minutes to warm up. When you’re accustomed to 30-second warm-ups, it feels like a long time. BUT it won’t stop me from loving this iron.

My curls were perfect! I will post a video soon. I really love how fast it gets hot and is ready to use. This is pretty much the best curling I have ever used!
