The Gyro Ball is a precision gyroscope. This gyroscope is composed of a rotor rotating at high speed (+15,000 revolutions / minute). The faster the rotor rotates, the greater the resistance. The muscles of the arm and the shoulder are therefore more and more solicited.

The Gyro Ball can generate the equivalent of 18Kg depending on the speed of rotation! It can also be used as a toy, a fitness object or even during a rehabilitation.

It has LEDs that change color according to the speed of rotation.

How To Usse:

The operation is very simple but requires a little practice. Rewind the Gyro Ball in the direction of the arrows and let go when it gets hard. Take the Gyro Ball in the palm of your hand then make small circles to drive the rotor so that it rotates faster and faster.

Absolutely perfect for programmer hands/wrist and actually kind of fun. Don't expect the string pull at the start to provide the resistance, that part is just to get it going. The motion of your wrist/arm is what actually spins it up to its full speed, takes a bit of practice.
