   I purchased this for a long haul flight overseas in coach. I LOVED having this to rest my feet on during the flight. I didn't purchase for pain relief or anything - just because I like sleep with my knees bent and this allows you to move your legs into different positions to get comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

   Purchased this for four flights of 7-8 hours duration each to get to and from Africa last month. I am most comfortable sitting with my knees slightly higher than my hips. For example I keep a small plastic footstool under my desk and I couldn't see 8 hours on a plane with my feet on my backpack. This footrest did the job perfectly.

   The item arrive super fast. The only reason I am giving it 5 stars on all the rating features is because I have had a chance to use it yet, but I expect it will work as stated. The quality was excellent and I loved the firm bottom which allows the feet to be side by side instead of stacked or squished on top of one another like other foot rest. Bought it as a gift for my husband, he always manspreads whenever we go out and on airlines he has to stretch his foot across into my area because of his knees. I am hoping this will alleviate the need to do this and if not, then I can use it put my foot on the rest and he can have the space underneath it. For me it's all about the little things that can make flying coach as comfortable as possible, we normally sleep, watch a movie, listen to music or read during long flights. If we are comfortable in our legs / butt and head area - we're good. This item should help with the leg and butt comfort.

   I've always had the worst time on airplane seats. For some reason, they tend to slope down and my back is so uncomfortable with my knees always below my waist. I'm not tall at all so it's not the amount of space I don't have or have. It's the position of the seat. This handy device is so easy to use (really hooks right around the tray table against the seat back in front). And it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

   This is generally the best travel leg sling I can find. It is unique in that it has a flat board center so your legs don't get crushed together and that is covered with comfortable memory foam. You can either put your feet in it or place it under your calves to give a comfortable recliner feel. It really is an outstanding product that is superior to other styles I have tried or looked at. The only problem for me was that the strap length was not long enough for my unique situation where my left knee (after an unsuccessful knee replacement) does not bend enough to fit into the sling even using it at calf level. I would love a longer adjustable strap that would go lower. I did take the strap all the way to the tray table arms bottom and it just wasn't low enough to accommodate my knee. My good knee loved it, however.
