   Had an unexpected heat wave and this fan really helped. I had 3 box fans that did an okay job but wanted something smaller. When I received it I thought something that compact would probably not work well. I was very wrong! Puts out an enormous amount of “wind” yet it is very quiet. Has to be on high setting before it is heard yet even then it is not loud. Highly recommend.

   I placed this in my large living room area and while it does cool off a bit, it does not perform in the best way it can in the entire room just very near to the fan. I find that if I place this in another small room, then I definitely feel more cooling sensation. Overall I think that this fan works really well and it depends on the square footage of your room on how much of an effect it will have.    OH I love this. I had a smaller version too but when I moved to my new house it just didn't cut if for me so I got this bigger one and I am SO HAPPY I did. On hot nights I use the highest level, worked dandy last night. On normal nights I use it on the lowest setting . I use the middle setting when either of the other 2 just don't feel "right". I got black . It sits on my desk and I can feel it wonderfully while laying in bed.
