I really like it, although you should be careful when emptying the canister. I made a mistake and scratched and dented the cannister removing ice cream. I recommend putting the ice cream in a different container before putting in the freezer. Anyway, I contacted the customer support for Maxi-Matic ( the actual company) to order a new one, I was honest. Meg ( customer service) replied with detailed help as well as letting me know not to hesitate if any more help is needed. Just cause of the reply Meg gave, I would purchase more products from this company.
