   I was pleasantly surprised at how well made this brace is. I have MS and my left hand has a tendency to stay curled. I have tried, at least, 15 different types of professionally made hand braces and none of them has ever worked out. I wear this brace everyday and I love it. I recommend this brace to anyone who has spasticity or mobility limitations. Excellent price as and extremely well made. Can't recommend this enough!

   For the price, this is a very sturdy and fluid pulley system for range-of-motion exercises. The pulley is well designed. It doesn't snag, nor is it flimsy. In fact, most of the pulley head is constructed of steel, enclosing a nylon wheel that rotates very smoothly. The over-the-door strap attachment of the pulley is suitably thick enough to stay lodged securely in place. A large interwoven nylon cord, in excess of 1/4" in diameter, adds to the sturdy feel of this therapy system. The black plastic hand-holds can be readily moved to any position along the run of cord, and they remain firmly where positioned. This makes for easy adjustments, to accomplish various routines in short order. I like this product a lot!

   Because of contractures, finger nails were pressing into palm of patient. I found this apparatus difficult to put on hand. Had to extend distance between springs and finger pads with monofilament fishing line. After many days of use, contracted middle, ring and little fingers can be raised approximately 2.5 inches from palm. No longer need the fishing line extension. I am so glad I bought this product.

   This item has helped me so much on my road to recovery after a fall and 5 fractures to my left upper arm. I was in a clamshell brace for 4.5 months and a sling for 2 additional weeks. I lost the range of motion in my shoulder and my elbow due to lack of use. Although not as heavy-duty as the piece of equipment in my PT's office, this equipment helped me tremendously with range of motion. I was able to do the same exercises in my home that I was doing in the PT's office, which I feel has resulted in a quicker recovery.
