When I received the mat is wasn't laying completely flat and I was worried that it would not remain in place. I placed a few books on top of it for a couple of days and that did the trick. I have always had a problem hitting the ball first and after using the mat for a few swings I could see exactly where I was making initial contact. I worked more on weight shift and it's helping make better ball contact. Definitely worth it!

Due to ceiling heights my testing is limited to half to three quarter swings. It s really nice to be able to visualize the direction of your swing and make corrections in your grip or swing to get the results you want. As far as durability it is to soon to know I'll have to update my review as I have an opportunity to put it to further use. It is easy to set up and I currently have it sitting on carpeting, but it doesn't move much when I strike the ball.
