   This device is extremely easy to use, is portable and easy to clean. It basically works on backpressure. You inhale, hold your breath for a couple of seconds, and then exhale out through the device. There is a very sturdy steel ball in the device which moves about as you are exhaling. This causes a bit of resistance as you exhale, which not only opens up your airways, but vibrates them as well, in order to loosen and move the mucus.

After using only a few times he is noticing the difference already. The product is small enough to be carried with him to work and the process of using it is so simple he can take time out to use it. The best thing is that there are no chemicals or medicines associated with its use. Would definitely recommend.

   I bought this for my mother who has Bronchiectasis. She was very ill with chest infections and short of breath. Her Consultant suggested she try this, although it remains not on the normal schedule of treatment and untested. Using this for two days on an 83 year old who is short of breath and the difference in these four days is amazing. We are so happy that we have found something that works for her.
