I have been using this headset for a few months now and have really liked it. Have had no issues with it. Sound quality I think is decent for the price (not amazing, but pretty good). Very comfortable, my head does not hurt at all after wearing them for hours (with glasses). My only complaint is that it seems like when I use these with my laptop, the headphone jack slips out pretty easily, but I think that could just be my laptop.

The mic is EXTREMELY QUIET until you get synapse set up where you can customize the mic / sound, among other things. The color customization is really cool. These are comfy but again the setup process can be really difficult and you may have to troubleshoot a lot if it doesn't download/open properly.

I bought aftermarket pads after wearing out both sets of pads that came with the headset which were more comfortable but also more expensive. Will buy again if they are still available when I am ready for another pair.
