   This heating pad comes soft and stays soft. I've had mine for almost 2 years and it is super soft and stays super hot.I think I may have been overusing mine for a period of time because it eventually started to have a slight odor when using it. I contacted customer service and they were super helpful and sent out a replacement one almost immediately. I practically use mine everyday for pain relief or simply just to keep me warm on cool nights before bed.

After a back injury, I began to use it to ease the pain and I absolutely could not have gotten over the pain without this thing. One day I went to use it and noticed it was gone..... well the girlfriend finally tried it and it's a struggle to get her to let go of it now.    This product works very well and is soft. I like how there are different temperature settings and a timed auto-off feature. I usually set it for an hour and fall asleep with it on when I'm having a night of bad stomach cramps. I sleep so peacefully with the warmth and the auto-off gives me peace of mind knowing it won't overheat in the night, it just turns itself off while I'm in deep sleep.

   I got this because my wife has really sharp back pain. I had gotten her a heating pad before but it seemed as though everything kept catching on to it, and would be filled with lint and hair by the morning. Using it for long periods of time was an issue as well, would die out after an hour of usage. The moment she started using this heating pad she was in so much relief, instantly. The heating pad lasted hours, had multiple options on the remote which is great because oftentimes you would like to switch it up. The pad itself is very comfortable to have on your back all night, doesn't cause additional pain or uncomfortable feeling. The biggest take away was how soft it is, seriously feels amazing with the heat to have some strong pain relief.

   Really like this heating pad. It is soft, and a good size. Heats perfectly over the whole pad, and the heating control over the six options are suited for any type of heat needed. Worked great on my legs where I have muscle aches and the heat is wonderful, and get right to that painful place. Disconnects at the cloth for cleaning, which is real nice, where I have seem some where they don't. Good amount of cord too, you can plug in and have plenty for the control, where it is comfortable in your hand, and not too much to where you loose the remote. The pad is just perfect, no cons this time, and very happy with the purchase.

   Best heating pad I have ever used. Can set shutoff in increments of 30 mins up to 2 hours. 6 heat settings and it is soft. It does not contain plastic like other heating pads which causes them to be difficult to use and it is a larger size so it can cover more area. I have fibromyalgia so need to use heating pad on a regular basis. This one really provides the pain relief. I am buying another one so I can keep one in my chair in the family and have another one to use in the bedroom. Great pain relief- great design.👍

   I have severe back pain, so I heavily rely on heating pads. I use a heating pad every day to deal with the pain, and sometimes I think I could benefit from having 2 of them to target different parts of my back, or to use when I have cramps. As a result, I decided to purchase another heating pad. I just received this today and I'm laying on it right now, and I'm *so* impressed. The first thing I noticed is how soft it is! While all heating pads are made to be soft and comfortable, this one really takes it to the next level, and I just wanted to keep rubbing my hand on it. Then, I really appreciate the fact that it not only has 6 different temp settings, it also has 4 different timer settings. It heats up well, and I'm really enjoying it right now!    This is my first ever heating pad. I have no idea what others are like but I like mine. The first feature is the fast heat. It takes seconds to heat up the pad which is great. Secondly, it has timer to set it to auto turn off at a certain time so I don't get too hot in the middle of the night and have to wake up to turn it off. This is super useful for someone who had surgery and the cold weather making them feel the worst. Or someone with pain, this would be very helpful as well. I'm using it for my lower back because I have metal inside and it hurts when winter comes or anytime weather changes. This helps me sleep better. Great product!

   Works great, heats evenly. Can get nice and hot or provide a gentle warmth. Default values are perfect for when I just want a little heat while I'm reading in bed. The cord is also significantly longer than the other pads I've purchased, which is good because the other pads are needlessly short. You'll still probably want an extension cord if the outlet is more than a foot or two from your bed.There's a pretty clear "do not fold while in use" warning, and I have to say it is extremely easy to accidentally fold when changing your posture. This is the downside of using a smaller pad instead of a blanket, so I can't knock it for this.
