I have read various reviews where there are often complaints about some problems when typing the code, it seems that it is not recognized on the first try. I use the keyboard paired with the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 and an opening has never failed. Maybe they made firmware updates and/or improved the hardware. I find the product absolutely compliant and free of any problem. I would say absolutely recommended the purchase.

I got a replacement latch from the company. It is an easy replacement with a quick shipping. After the latch was replaced, the lock works great. Great product!
