   I was taken back on this RC boat, the detail is incredibly good, the parts are a bit delicate but, what model doesn't have delicate parts you know, anyways,I understand that the one I have is a later version with upgrades that help extend the life of the boat, as for the vapor vents neart the stern canon and the brief instruction on the back of the box is enough to get it going. I will cast it out today and will keep anyone who is interested posted on the performance. I hope it runs as good as it looks, actually it looks so good that I am thinking about just leaving on the stand,lol just kidding. it looks great!

   I bought this ship for my 14-year-old son. He loves it. He operates it in our pool and it is SO FAST. We have prior experience with remote control gadgets so I suppose an extreme novice operator may have issues but not likely if you read and follow all instructions carefully and take your time. My son was concerned that the ship was filling with water (normal) so I patiently looked it over until I located the 2 removable plugs near the aft end and easily drained the water out.This is a great toy.
