   I've been wearing this for a few days now, and I have to say, I'm super hopeful. I sit at a computer all day for work, and my posture has really suffered from it. From the moment I put this on, I could feel my shoulders being guided back. It's not painful at all and is surprisingly comfortable. I wear it for about 30 minutes at a time, a few times a day (usually while I'm at the computer, because that's the time I most need to pay attention to whether I'm slouching). The only discomfort I feel is from my muscles themselves being retrained to hold the correct posture. The straps are easy to adjust and it even comes with strap extensions if it's too small for you. I can already tell it's helped me just by the way my muscles feel. It will take much more than "a few days" to correct the terrible hunching I've got with my shoulders, but with this, I'm off to a great start.

It drives my wife crazy, especially when I'm working at my desk and she sees me almost doubled over in front of the computer screen. To try and improve my posture, I purchased one of these. There is no scientific evidence that they work. But there is a grunch of anecdotal evidence (look at the other reviews...). I hadn't put it on yet, but I woke up one morning with a pretty severe pain just below my neck between my shoulders. I slapped this guy on and...immediate relief. I now wear it for an hour or two each day per the recommendations. I wear it while working to remind me to sit up straighter, and also to the gym and when taking the dogs for a walk. It's fairly comfortable and seems to be well built. For the price, for soothing my wife's worried mind, and for taking my neck aches down a notch, highly recommended.

   I ordered this product not necessarily based on price but based on the reviews and also the excellent setup video which was very helpful for me to adjust the product and find my specific fit. I have poor posture and chronic lower back pain due to slouching at work all day over a computer. The first thing I noticed after unpacking was the solid stitching throughout and attention to detail on the velcro straps themselves. It gives the impression that this will be a durable product that will last for years. I do not find it uncomfortable to wear so far and my movement is not restricted though it does pull your shoulders back which is exactly what i'm looking for. I find that may back pain is alleviated while wearing it and will help create muscle memory and fix my posture problems. I would recommend this item to others as an effective way to fix posture as opposed to living with the pain and mitigating with pain relievers!!

   First, this is a well-manufactured product. Second, it is my opinion that this will likely work to improve your posture over time. This is my assessment. I was not quite sure how this "brace" functions. After using it for a little while now, I think I understand. It is not a "brace" per se, to lock your posture into a correct place but rather generates tension in the right places (and it may provide a little discomfort especially in the beginning). To relieve this slight discomfort, you have to adjust your posture so it functions to provide you with a continual and gentle reminder to correct yourself. In this way, it is training you so that you will unconsciously correct yourself over time and that is where the 'muscle-memory' kicks in too, even when you don't wear it. Remember that this is a gradual process so hang in there. At least for me, when wearing it, I always know I have it on, at least at the beginning. on. I work long hours at a microscope an this inevitably causes one to slouch. This corrector has relieved some of the fatigue in the muscles and helps to improve blood flow allowing longer work time. Therefore, this = increased productivity for me.

   I absolutely love this posture corrector. I've struggled with back pain due to posture issues my entire life, and this product has done wonders for me. It is easy to adjust to any size to give you a costomized effective comfort. It comes with clear directions on how to use it correctly to give you the best results. It has worked for me and my fiance tremendously well. I've started recommending it to my family, and will more than likely purchase more to gift to people. It is more comfortable than any other picture corrector I have used. It is easy to put on and take off, and very easy to adjust. The first time using it you may feel some discomfort (which they explain to you in the directions) but after just a few uses you can feel the difference in your back when you take the posture corrector off and it becomes more comfortable to wear once your back adjusts.    My doctor and chiropractor both suggested a brace to help me correct my posture now I am sitting in front of a computer for more than 10 hours a day. I was working and going to school online and developed a bad habit of slouching and rounding my shoulders. Other reviews not found here on Amazon, as well as the Amazon reviews, suggested this was my best choice for price, comfort, and effectiveness. I received my order the day after it was placed, I removed it from the bag, read the instructions, and slipped it right on. It couldn't be easier to use and was comfortable either under or on top of clothing. The thickest clothing I wore one day was a t-shirt and a dress shirt. I have been using it every day since it was purchased and has helped. You do have to ease into it by increasing the time you wear it each day. I like the easy to adjust velcro straps that allow me to change the tension while I'm wearing it.
