So I have scoliosis with metal rods in my back and degerative bones so chronic pain has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I work double 16 hour shifts and by Monday I can barely move around so I found this torture mat bed of nails thing and I figured since I was already suffering I would give It a try and omg I spentn3 days in so much pain I laid on this thing for all of 10 min and the pain was gone. I love it! I lay on it daily for 10-20 min depending 9n time and have had zero pain since then. Today I didn't have time this morning and by noon was in pain again just did a 15 min session and walla pain free so I say absolutely worth 25 bucks and if for some reason u hate it return its amazon after all. I will say the neck pillow that comes with it is pure evil lol I use it for my feet instead and love that.
