I use it every night after work, no it does not vibrate or roll up & down but the heat and compression does an even better job without the added pain/pressure of a massager on my already sore legs. This is also great if you deal with fluid retention in your legs. The remote placement is a little awkward at first when trying to put the wraps on my legs but otherwise it's simple and easy to work. I like the the fact that the remote gives me options to concentrate on one area or auto for the entire leg. The auto shutoff feature is an added bonus since I tend to fall asleep with it on.
