I can describe it as what it feels like when you have your blood pressure taken with one of the cuffs and the device applies pressure for several seconds. It cycles through different parts of your leg from your foot to lower leg to calfs. Not really a massage but a series of air pressures against each area. A very different experience. It seems to be helping with my leg pain in the short time I have used the product.
