Set it on the desired level, turn it on, put on your eye protectors and get underneath. This has different light settings depending on what your desired results are. Comes with glasses, but I've read these types of lights don't hurt your eyes so it's a personal choice. It's wide enough for my hips and covers full face and chest when using in that area. Other devices sale for much higher, no need this bad boy is an awesome price and works well. It comes with a step by step instruction book, with picture examples of clients and the outcomes of usage.
