And with the 2 alarm feature, they can set the alarm to beep to wake up, and then the 2nd one to play the radio around the top of the hour so they can get ready and listen to music and hear the time when announced in the morning.

   I like everything about this product, EXCEPT the alarm mode; it can be set for EVERY day (7 days) or just week days (Mon-Fri). BUT it cannot be set for only ONE day (Dr. appointment). If it can be a regular alarm clock set for just the one day you need to get up, I haven't figured it out....so I use my cell phone alarm.
