   I have problems with my left knee while skiing. This strengthens the joint and has helped me to ski without pain. It's better than the previous one I had which was only neoprene but without the side linkages. My only complaint is that there are no loops on the bottom to help pull the brace off. The finger pull loops on the top do help a lot in putting the brace on.

   These are the first braces my husband has gotten that actually work! They are difficult to put on and takeoff, but that is the reason they work so well. They do not slide around. They support his knees for exercise or hiking. So happy we purchased them. Highly recommend these braces
