The next morning I tried the other unit in my open concept kitchen and turned the fan on high, since it was a bigger space to clear. The high setting is quite noisy and scared the cats! It also blows cold air directly onto anyone sitting in its path, but I can put up with that if it's doing its job. I assumed it was. Overall, I believe it was a good choice and a quality product.

Despite the fact that I unpacked everything, glanced at the papers, and plugged it in my garage. Before it came, a mouse died somewhere we couldn't find, and it smelled awfully bad. The air purifier cleared this up in a day! It usually takes 2 weeks to go away on its own, which is a long time when you want to use the room. It's small and not noisy.
