Invisible Wireless Dog Fence, Covers Up To 1.2 Acres, Mutiple Dog Supported

Dog Electric hidden fences keep your pets safe. The Hidden Fence creates a secure boundary to keep your pets safely in your yard and away from places you don’t want them, such as gardens, swimming pools and driveways. With a Hidden Fence, your pets can run, play and exercise so they stay happy and healthy. Hidden Fences are also commonly known as wireless fences, underground fences, invisible fences, and electric fences for dogs.

Features:

  • Invisible environmental protection – the wires are buried underground, do not occupy the place, do not affect the appearance, give the dog more freedom.

  • Progressive tone stimulation – When the dog approaches the border, a warning sound is first heard. If you continue to approach, the system will have a slight impact.
  • Pulse proportional stimulation – human high-tech design, the vibration intensity depends on the distance of the dog near the boundary line, the closer the dog is to the boundary line, the greater the vibration intensity.

  • Built-in speed detector – the faster the dog moves, the higher the level of intensity.

  • A wide range of control – up to 5,000 square meters, equivalent to a football field is so big, and variable range, quite flexible.

  • Safe and Reliable – Once the wires buried in the ground are damaged, the wire damage indicator will give a loud warning and flash. And the lightning protection device on the converter can avoid lightning strikes.

It took our dog 2 days to train on the boundaries and she was good to go! She had a bad habit of chasing cars down the street before we got this but was very respectful of the perimeter once we trained her using the method described in the training guide that comes with the system. I recommend this to all my friends.

Adopting sibling puppies is a challenge. Our pups just turned ten months old and their antics have been wearing our patience thin. (we love them to pieces.) While we have an acre and a half yard we are bordered by a busy highway and a township road. Keeping them from chasing after walkers, trucks and bikes seemed impossible. Prior to our purchase of the PetSafe stay and play system and second receiver collar we used Dogtra collars to ensure rapid recall on walks. The reason I mention this is because those collars trained them to warning vibrations and the need to return to us. I believe that step is why they were trained with the Petsafe system in just two days. This system has given our pups the freedom to enjoy our yard without tethering. This freedom has reduced their barking significantly--much to the relief of our good and patient neighbors. I cannot tell you how relieved we are to be able to let them out in the morning and know they are safe and seem much happier. I know we are. We recommend this product. We live in a very snowy climate. It will be interesting to see if this works as well when the snow falls.

I have 2 dogs one is a 9 year old Australian shepherd who recently moved into the house and a 3 year old white German shepherd. Both are long haired. The older one kept talking off down the road and then the younger one started following. I was afraid they would get hit by a car. A friend has an in ground fence that he said works great with his 2 big dogs but I don't have the time to bury the fence so I thought I would try wireless. Another friends' family recommended the stay and play. When I got the transmitter and receivers and read the instructions it said to train the dogs 15 minutes 4 times a day for 14 days before letting them go on their own. I don't have time for that either so it sat on my counter for a while until out of fear for their safety I decided to just give them a crash course. I set up the flags and took each dog individually on a leash to learn the boundaries. The Ausie caught on quickly that I was listening for the beep to turn around and was soon turning before me in the first session. It took two days and one good correction when she wanted to chase the horse for the younger one to catch on. Still it only took a weekend to get them both where I could trust that they wouldn't cross the boundaries.

The neighbors on either side of us have fences and the people behind us said they were thinking about getting one so I didn't want to spend money on fencing in our yard if I didn't need to (the property behind us is a large field.) But when I'd play with my Golden Retriever puppy off leash in the back yard, if she saw someone out front, and even across the street, she would bolt to go see them. Or if she saw a bunny (which are plentiful), she'd dart after them and I worried she would follow them to the busy street if they went that way. I decided to check Amazon out for wireless fences, just to see how much they would cost, and came across this amazing fence! There were a few reviews that made me hesitate but I figured I could try it and if it didn't work return it. Best dog purchase ever! She only had to get zapped once the first time I was showing her the boundaries and she doesn't even go near them anymore (maybe to the front of the trees on the pic and the line is all the way to where the field starts). She doesn't even chase all the bunnies that live in the field if they're at the edge of our yard. We took it camping this summer so people didn't have to trip over a long lead and when I showed her the boundary flags and she heard the beeps, she ran right back towards our tent. I can't speak to any possible inconsistencies with the boundary line since she doesn't push it at all, but I definitely say this is very worthwhile purchase! I've only had to charge the collar maybe once a month too I think.

I've had the in-ground invisible fence from Petsafe for years with good experience, but it seems to regularly have problems and of course the dog only gets a correction as they pass over the wire. With the wireless fence, the dog continues to get corrections until they move back inside the fence. My dogs learned it instantly!

We have used the fence for 2 years, added an additional collar a month ago. Have trained 4 dogs with ease and have no worries about our dogs when we let them out. I wish we could make it oval shaped rather than a circle and I wish the battery would let us know when it needs to be charged. However, highly recommend!
