Is something I've been struggling with even though I'm physically fit, it's just hereditary. Also doesn't help that I work as a developer so I'm always sitting down unless an exercising in the morning and evening.    I am recovering from spinal surgery. My posture was always pretty iffy to begin with, but the 8 months prior to my surgery it was atrocious due to chronic pain. I bought this hoping it could aid me in straightening out. My expectations were low. oh the change in my posture has been astonishing. It's better than it's been my whole life. You really have to commit to using this consistently. It's not the most comfortable experience but it's a corrective measure that is worth the discomfort for a short time.
