   I originally ordered these hearing aids thinking I would need one for each ear. When they arrived, I first tried one in my good ear and found that was all that I needed since I was hearing the TV and people just fine. I decided to keep the other aid as a spare in case the one stopped working. The controls are difficult to set if you're wearing it, but I set it up before I wear it and that seems to work fine.

   I can't hear a big difference in the 4 programs; one isn't much different from another, but maybe that's just me. I tried out the expensive hearing aids before ($5000) and couldn't manage to insert them or manage the controls because of some nerve damage in my hands, so I returned them. This hearing aid is easy to set up and use and it's much more affordable ! I'm thrilled with them and so is my family; no more requests to turn down the TV, and no more "what?"

   My grandma has severe hearing loss and struggles with early dementia. We don't have enough money for the expensive hearing aids, so I got her these. My grandma loves them. She definitely hears so much more now. I can talk to her in a normal volume without shouting. She catches every word. She can watch TV again without having it blasting. She even hears the dog barking and when someone knocks on our door.

There was another issue with the replacement units, but the service dept got it taken care of very quickly to my satisfaction.    Now then, a little more than a week ago on Friday evening, one of my devices stopped working. I tried changing the battery, etc. to no avail. I sent them an email on Saturday, not expecting any reply until Monday, however They not only responded, but I could tell from the reply that an actual person answered! Long story short, they sent me 2 new devices! NO HASSEL whatsoever! I am back in the world of the hearing!
