   It worked fabulously the 2nd time around. The first one had a hole in the water part and leaked everywhere! We returned it and reordered and it was fine. Our grandson loves it and he has boxing gloves he uses. Its important that he exercises during the cold months as he has juvenile diabetes and the more exercise the more stable his blood sugar. He also has a exercise trampoline inside and one in our back yard.

I actually purchased this twice, the first one I accidentally moved it close to the wall and there happened to be a nail sticking out and it popped it. The kids love it so much I just had to get another and its held up perfectly, and they are pretty rough with it! ha ha

   I purchased this punching bag for my son, who loves to punch and hit everything. It has turned out to be excellent for the entire family. We all have fun punching and kicking it. Well, after several months of daily use, my son got a bit too rowdy with it (with plastic swords) and it popped. I contacted the company and they were able to provide a replacement. Shipping was quick and the customer service agent was very friendly and understanding. I would definitely buy from this business again.

   Purchased this on a whim for my son's 11th birthday and it was far and away his favorite gift!! We didn't have any trouble inflating or filling the base with sand. It did get a small tear in the seam after a month or so of daily use but I used the warranty and got a replacement when our at-home repair attempt didn't work. The customer service is SO responsive and helpful, it was a pleasure! I highly recommend this punching bag AND this seller!

   We bought this punching bag for my youngest son to get his anger out in a constructive manner. Unfortunately, the first day we had it inflated he hit it with a plastic blaster play gun and it popped it. the owner, had reached out to us to see if we were enjoying the punching bag. I told her what had happened and she replaced it for free. I was not expecting her to do this since it was my son who popped it because he wasn't using it properly. I was very appreciative of her understanding and her incredible generosity with the free replacement. I would highly recommend buying from this company. Thank you !!

   Both my young teens love to punch and kick this to get some exercise in. Even my hubby and I get in on the action sometimes. We keep it on the back porch so it's always ready to go. No boxing gloves needed.It took me about 40 minutes to get it completely assembled and adjusted. The directions are not great...they need to hire a better translator! They were obviously written by a non-English speaker. It took me a while to figure it out, but it wasn't difficult. The biggest struggle was of my own creation because I had the air compressor and the hose in 2 different places Then you may need to adjust the air in the bottom of the column/round bottom because if you fill it too much, like I did, it will rock too wildly. Once you let some air out of that spot, it evens out and works fine.Have your hose at the ready, near your air compressor, because you fill the base with air, then with water, then top it off with air again. I did not do that and had to drag the thing from the compressor to the hose and back again and I would not recommend that Lots of fun and I do recommend this! I'm considering purchasing as a gift for someone else!
