   This inflatable punching bag is an awesome way to not only get my exercise, but my older skids love using it too! Its super easy to set up (though youd do yourself a favor by using an automatic air pump), its gentle to the touch so theres no need for boxing gloves and youd be amazed at how easy it is to get your daily workout with it.It takes me about ten minutes and Im not only warmed up and lose, but Im usually sweating my butt off by then. Even my hubby will bounce around it, jabbing his way to a stress-relieving conclusion. Plus, my kids coordination has improved tenfold, as they learn to punch the bag and maintain their balance.Side note: Ive filled the base with both lukewarm water and sand and I prefer sand to secure the base. Both work well, but we tend to wear crocs or tennis shoes. Water works better for bare-footed workouts, especially when you accidentally bump or graze your toes against it.

   When I first received the punching bag would deflate every day. It was very annoying and got to the point where I didnt even want to deal with it anymore. I should have contacted the seller from the beginning because they told me that it should not be happening and sent me A new punching bag the next day. We were very happy to find out that the second one has held its air for two weeks. I would recommend to anyone.And I would highly recommend this seller because he stands behind his products and goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you for being a businessman that we dont see too often anymore. I had a new punching bag three days after I sent him the email about my first punching bag deflating.

   Got this punching bag for my 3 boys to practice their taekwondo on. We opted to fill it with sand instead of water. It is very sturdy and remains standing no matter how rough they get with it. The material also feels very durable and is not easily damaged. I would recommend this over any giant, heavy hanging punching bag. This one is easily movable and can be stored if needed.The one that arrived would not stay inflated so I messaged the seller via Facebook. They replaced the item without argument and at no cost to me. It arrived 2 days later and in perfect condition. The boys are enjoying their new punching bag now! If you're looking for a punching bag for your kids this is definetly the one!A++ customer service!!
