It has a Low and Hi button. The plug fits tight in to the port will not fall out it has a Red Light on it to let you know it's plugged in. It is Very comfortable to sit on and there are straps to hold it down. Does not slide around. You get 2 in the package I love it very happy with it. I think in the winter will work to because if you have heated seat's. You will be very happy!
