   I bought this product to use when I have difficulty tuning out the noise and my thoughts. Music helps me to relax and sometimes fall asleep however I had difficulty using earphones or plugs as I find them uncomfortable. I can wear this product and sleep on my side without any discomfort. The sound quality is great although I can still hear outside noises it is not as bad.
