   This fit great and it's so much easier than wrapping my leg. I had pulled the groin area of my right thigh a number of years ago, wrapped it, kept running through it (I didn't realize how bad that was at the time) and after a few weeks could barely walk. It was years before I could even use an eliptical. A few weeks ago I started to get groin and hip flexor pain while I was jogging downhill. I took a few days off, ordered this, and wore it the next time I went out (a mix of walking and jogging very short strides). The amount of relief this provided was amazing! Without it I couldn't jog more than a few steps, with it on (as well as shorter distance, smaller hills and much slower pace) I was able to keep about 75% of my normal mileage. I'm on my feet all day at work so I wore it under my clothes and it was perfect. I stopped before I did real damage, but I've no doubt that without this brace it would've become an issue. I have a bigger butt, so I do get the inevitable butt lift (not as attractive as it sounds!) Worn under baggier pants or over clothes it isn't as noticeable. My only issue is that sometimes the top leg strap starts bunching up, but nothing that's worth knocking off a star.

   I got sciatica (again), and I previously had issues with my left thigh that I overcame, but this round of sciatica set off my thigh issue into overdrive, long after my sciatica went away.
   
   I was looking for something to address what I was feeling now, after doing my own research of what was hurting and the results of a recent MRI. I found this, and figured either it will work or I return it - nothing to lose. I receive it in the evening, put it on, sleep with it on, and by morning, realized it has done more for me than anything else I've attempted.
   
   There are some things modern medicine cannot fix, but this wrap has been a huge step in the right direction, and was my own insight of my body of what might help me.
   
   This wrap alone has given me the ability to sit comfortably again, drive again, walk with less pain again, until what is ailing me slowly heals itself.
   
   What more can I say? I'm actually considering getting a second one as a "backup" even though this one is very durable, size is excellent, and the velcro is strong and outstanding.

   This was easy to put on. The velcro straps were placed so one person could get it on and tight enough to be effective.
   Secondly...well firstly, my hip pain is reduced at least 60 percent and it's closer to 90 percent less pain. I'm afraid you won't believe me if I say 90% right off the bat. I don't know anyone in the company!. I did not notice such a big difference the first day but I noticed from my wii fit board that I was standing on both legs evenly. By the third day I had become so accustomed to my hip being better that I forgot to put it on. When I picked up the dog food bag my hip reminded me to put my brace on. I can walk better with not only my hip but my lower back and the knee on the other leg aren't aching for hours after I walk down the 100 foot driveway for the mail.
   I'm feeding the chickens and doing all my critter chores with much less discomfort.
   I have no idea why this brace is making such a difference, I don't even feel any limitations while I'm wearing it.
   So if you have a nagging pain in your hip this is worth a try for the price.
   My only comment is I'm a plus size gal with 53 inch hip and it fits well. If you are a 36 inch gal it might find it big.

   A couple of weeks ago I slipped on some ice and fell directly on my right sciatic nerve. I already had random bouts of sciatic pain but this was absolutely unbearable. The day before I received this I couldn't walk the not-quite three blocks from my job to my house without wanting to cry. The pain isn't completely gone, of course, but it is SO much better than it was. It took a little trial and error to figure out the best location and tightness for the waist/hip band, but once I did everything else fell into place. I wear a skirt suit to work and it's light enough to not be noticeable under my clothes, but sturdy enough to not make me feel like I'm going to fall again just by walking across the lobby of my hotel.

   So got this because I've had right hip and leg pain since I was a child due to joint mobility issues. Put it on not expecting much and it took the pain away. Slight drawback is it takes a minute for your body to get with the stabilized gait and slight resistance (especially when they are not normally so good at the stabilization) and when you take it off after a while and you realize how your body sucks at equilibrium naturally too. Wore it doing yard work with my knee brace on and no pain and I was able to squat and get up without tipping over like a teapot (super win). Going to buy another two of these- work, yard stuff, and a backup. Advise to maybe wear like bicycle shorts underneath to prevent chaffing for the thick thighed lifers

   Used in addition to a separate Velcro thigh sleeve to get complete thigh coverage for compression following thigh vein procedure after hand surgery...unable to use compression hose! This hip-thigh stabilizer allowed it to work. I was able to walk long distances & keep everything in place, for the most part. Very bulky & a bit scratchy, but it worked! It would better if there were a 10-12 inch Velcro closure at the hip instead of a few inches. It does get tugged downward over time & the hip fastener barely hangs on, so frequent repositioning is necessary. Let's say it's a conditional recommendation.

   I ordered another brand which was one size fits all - absolutely huge. This one in small ( I am a size 10) fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I have a torn Gluteus Medius Tendon and wasn't sure it would hit that area, but it does and I have achieved some level of comfort. I added more padding so there is more pressure to decrease the pain and it works! There is no other brace I have found that has helped. Thank you!
