   This is the perfect solution for scanning pages from books, magazines and photos. All it really requires is a steady hand and a few practice scans and the work is done. I really like the DPI feature and the choice of scanning either in a JPG or PDF format. I've been using it to copy pages from a 1400 page genealogy book that weighs over 11 pounds and this scanner will do the trick.

   this scanner device has been used at my place of employment to scab multiple inspection sheets and share them with management. I can use this scanner to upload all data collected to my tablet and share amongst other employees as well. I will be getting another one of these for my college bound daughter for her studies. This device will allow for easy scans in the library so she too can upload such info to her laptop and study all her findings she deems important in a more collective manner. For this purpose you may need to construct some sort of bed for this device but that's not too difficult. All together a great piece of technology and easy to use and transfer date.

   It does the job, easy to use, easy to connect to the computer, picture of scan is great. The only thing is that I wish that it would scan a little bit more wider, but for the price, it's not bad at all, I could deal with it. I give it a five stars, plus the seller cares, and emails you to make sure if any concerns to contact them, i really appreciate that, not alot of companies or people do that.

   The only dislike is that the scanner opening does not capture the text of a book near the bound page edge. The window needs to be closer to the scanner end.

Preview screen is understandably tiny, given the size of the "wand," but gives a generally good idea of image.    It was a bit tricky to learn how to use it, but after watching the first 1 minute of the video three times, I got it!
   It's very easy to use, but you have make sure that you are not scanning too slow. The green scan light has be on while you are scanning. If it turns off, then you are going too slow.
