   I like this item very much, i'm very glad and happy that I found it! This is the only one I found that has The attachment for a knife to be used to cut the potatoes into cubes for making mashed or roasting potatoes instead of just french fries. You do have to use some muscle to push down on lever & I wished it came with1 more blade attachment that had larger squares for larger cubed potatoes.

   I love this thing. I use it to cut my potatoes for french fries using my air fryer. It is a little hard for me to push down sometimes but I'm 73 and don't have a lot of strength. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for something to give them a consistent size for fries. Also have used the attachment that allows me to use a knife to cut small chunks as it goes through the blade; great for soups and such.
