You can dice 5 or 6 potatoes in a few minutes and put them in a zip lock bag and have home fries for a week. Onions go through easily too. I like the pump action and how it ratchets just enough for a perfect cube.

   This product is very sharp and cuts the potatoes really good for french fries. Sometimes you have to use a little pressure on the slider to get it started, but easy going after that. Very easy to clean, after every use just run it under hot water (really works well if you have a sprayer.) Also like that there are different sizes and that you can cut your fries into perfect cubes!!!
