   This watch has a bright, easy to read screen with three different watch face/color choices and five brightness levels. If blue light bothers you like me, the third face is perfect with its green color scheme with white accents. Setting up the watch in the app was quite easy (scan the QR code on the box to link right to the app). The app is straight-forward to use to set up the watch exactly how you want with notifications for things you want and being able to turn off those you don't. The watch itself has a solid step-counter with custom daily step goals, a heartbeat and blood pressure tracker that's simple to use. Be aware that the center watch portion is quite difficult to remove from the band, and you'll feel like your going to break something because of the tight fit. That being said, it sits in the band very securely, so no worries about it coming apart by accident during normal use. You also won't have to take it apart to charge nearly as often as other fitness trackers/smartwatches. The battery has already lasted a week on a single charge and is still going strong. The build quality overall seems solid, and it made a great simplified smartwatch/fitness tracker.

Not much strength in my old arthritic hands so struggled to remove the straps to get to the usb charge on the unit but must say the tight fit of straps gives me confidence they won't fall off. Fully charged in a short amount of time and after calibrating the blood pressure it seems to be close to the accuracy of my home blood pressure unit. Only one negative I have is that after the pulse and blood pressure readings show on the FITFORT it disappears too soon if you happen to look away you miss it, so to check readings have to log onto the app on my phone to check the readings.    I really enjoy this fitness tracker. The app is easy to set up and use. I like having a wristwatch to check my heartrate (especially when I'm working out and doing HIIT training), track my daily steps (I realized that I was so low!), and also monitor my sleep. That's my favorite thing about this... The sleep analysis. It's amazing to see awake, light sleep, and deep sleep percentages. The only thing that didn't seem accurate with this product is the blood pressure reading but I didn't get this tracker for that purpose (I didn't see how it was even possible to measure blood pressure from just my wrist anyway) so I didn't care that the readings didn't seem correct. Other than that, the tracker is awesome!

   I like this watch a lot it does track steps and and sleep though i find that the sleep timer is a little off. the blood pressure is a little off as i bought this to monitor that especially as my doctor found that mine was running a little high, it reads low but the machine runs it at a little higher i have learned to average and compensate to let me know what is about accurate through out the day.
