None of the prescriptions the doctor gave me worked unless I took more than necessary. This really helped and I'm absolutely shocked it did. It was very relaxing and the massage was very strong. I also usually use an ice pack, but the heat from the mask is very beneficial.

It is also easy to clean and charge. If you are worried about it, try it. I wish I would jump into this sooner tbh.

   This is a fairly lightweight and travel-friendly eye massager. There are other models in the Renpho line so I'm not sure if that's the best eye massager they have but it's pretty cool. Heat is good IMO. I don't want it any hotter. The strap fits a variety of face and head sizes. We use it for headaches/migraines and long days. Sometimes just to relax.
