I wash and additionally process the skin with chlorecsidine (I process not all eyelid, but specifically the place where I'm going to glue the strip, I use it for this. If you touch the sticky side with your finger for once, then the strip can be thrown out-it will stick badly, so I always use tweezers. Tightly and well-glued strip is almost invisible
