I routinely get pedicures, but would get rough skin at the heel and big toe in between pedicures. I would then apply creme at bedtime and wear socks to try to smooth the rough skin. Now, after 4 years of regular use (on average once in 2weeks) it broke - the head is not spinning properly and it makes loud sound. Overall: good purchase.

I have two different kinds of rollers: one course and one medium. Those hold up well with 3x/week use.
