   Bought for my son who has severe MS and had 5 bedsores on his buttocks. We were advised by the wound nurse not to get a donut cushion due to blood pooling. The sores continued to worsen and nothing was working so I thought I would go ahead and try the donut cushion anyway. I bought it from the positive reviews I read. Well, it worked. I still had to put on a lot of Remedy Cream and change the bandages every other day, but, I saw a big improvement in 1 week. The wound nurse was impressed.

When she told me a bedsore could actually cause death if it got infected with a sepsis which one can actually die from.it can lead a to a very serious internal bacterial infection causing a very sore buttocks in my case.. It's a little stiff at first, but gets better as you use it. The back and front of the donut have dips in them to help keep pressure off of the booty. I recommend this for anyone going through tailbone/booty pain. (I had surgery and it's been helping a lot).

Of course, just jumping wasn't enough...they wanted to see a "seat-up". Well, the trampoline was obviously not made for a 6'2" 245# guy...you know where this is going, right? Yes, after performing a seat-up, I ended up w a broken coccyx...the last little bone at the end of your tail bone. The donut pillow has done little to restore my pride, but much to restore a little comfort. Great product.
