   Really quick shipping. Bought one because I was not sure that it would help, but after using it for less than a few hours, I decided to buy another one for my desk chair at work. And then I figured out that I had been using the pillow wrong--- it doesn't come with any instructions so it wasn't clear to me exactly how the "hole' In the middle of the pillow should be oriented. After trying it both ways, I think it works better for me with the hole oriented so that the long end of the oval is directed left-to-right, as opposed to back-to-front. This orientation seems to "offload" the sensitive areas much better for me, but others may find it works better the other way around. Regardless, it "works for me".....

   I ordered this pillow for my father who is now confined to either a Lay-Z-Boy rocker or bed. As a result, he's developed a major pressure sore on the edge of his gluteal cleft. This pillow has made a major difference! It's lightweight for the caregiver, making it easy to carry, adjust position, and move (this is a huge bonus that you won't understand until you're a caregiver), and sturdy and purposeful for the user. My dad's face lit up with excitement and relief when we first positioned him upon it. I gave the “softness” quality three stars because it's not overly soft — it needs a moderate degree of firmness or the problem it's meant to help will not be addressed — but that's the perfect balance of cushiness and density necessary. I would definitely buy more products from this company based on the success of this one.

I came across this one out of luck and I cannot drive nor go anywhere without it if I plan on sitting for long periods of time. It made my 5 hour drive 7 months pregnant with twins extremely pleasant! I used it for an outdoor wedding in lawn chairs and it made me tolerate the whole service in 90 degree weather feel like I could be outside all day and still be comfortable!

   After having foot surgery with post op instructions to elevate my foot above my heart for 2 weeks, I found sitting in a hard chair, like a kitchen table chair, to be painful. After my usual thorough internet research, I found and ordered this product. It arrived quickly and I was happy to see it had a black plush removable cover with a non-skid bottom. It was very dense, similar to a memory foam product. It has contours on both sides and I positioned it so these were lateral to my legs when sitting. (outside of legs). The relief of pressure on the sitz bones was heaven (I may have heard angels when I first sat on it). I was able to elevate my leg without experiencing pain and it made sitting at the table to eat a meal enjoyable. The pillow does not collapse to the chair when in use, but does seem to have the appropriate amount of give, and I feel comfortable the entire time.

   I got this for a hard chair that came with my apartment, and to make things simple it works great! also for those people who sit weird (my go to positioning is legs/feet on desk sitting real low in my chair, kinda like crisscross apple sauce style, with my legs on the table) and this perfictly cradles my butt and back in both of those situations. It is pretty firm, but in my case it means that it holds me above the hard bottom of the chair.

   I ordered this pillow for after my delivery and was very please with the quality for the price. This was one of the cheaper ones I could find that wasn't a blow up pillow. It has grip dots on the bottom to help keep it in place and the memory foam is very firm which will be appreciated after sitting for longer periods of time. The cover has a zipper making it easy to remove for washing too.

   Yes, it's hard. But it relieves the extreme pain having to sit in my car or at my desk. My Orthopedic doctor said sitting adds pressure to my compressed fractured L2 vetabre. This cushion relieves that pressure, thus the pain. It arrived late but I don't care. I'm just glad to finally have it.
