   This was exactly what we needed for our Weimaraner. He tore a ligament in his leg so he couldn't squat to use the restroom without falling over. This harness, paired with a separate front chest harness allowed us to pick him up and over the stairs and help his weakened legs when he used the restroom. There was very mild chafing initially around the thigh but it went away after some use. Highly recommend if your pup is having hind leg issues.

   This is a life saver, literally. Trying to eek out as much time with our 14 year old goldendoodle, as possible. She doesn't have enough strength in her back hips to get up on her own. This has saved our shoulders and backs. We took off the leg straps and just use the belly band. They caused a lot of matting. This is very loose so she's not bothered by it, at all.

   This has been a life-saver for us. It is easy to use, our Irish Wolfhound puppy who was lame from FCE for a few months seemed really comfortable in this harness. We attached it to his front harness and I truly believe this is one reason our puppy was able to recover so quickly. It helped with his balance and it helped us tremendously in lifting a 65 pound puppy into the car and around outside to go potty. I highly recommend this product for anyone needing help supporting their dog whether it be an older dog needing a little help, or in an extreme situation like our puppy needing total support while going through the healing process. This harness is heavy duty and made of strong material. It adjusts easy and grew with my fast growing puppy. Excellent product - highly recommend.

   It is great for lifting him up and holding him while he used the bathroom when he couldn't stand. He normally walked ok but sometimes would fall so this harness helped a lot. It fit perfect because of how much it can adjust. The padding was thick so I didn't feel like it was hurting my baby. It didn't seem to bother him when he had it on either. It is a little bulky but it's very practical.

   For a dog under 25 pounds with hip issues, this harness - and the main section especially - allow for your pet to regain some sense of independence as well as far easier ambulation. It won't fix hip dysplasia but it has provided my dog the ability to get to where he would like to go with a little help from his family but far easier for him. It's a wonderful tool for assisting an elderly animal with manageable hip issues. And it's designed to allow him (and at least his anatomy) to use the bathroom without undoing any clips. Thank you
