I've asked my doctor to use the larger cup but they don't always have it available. I've been asked to track my own blood pressure and so I bought this one. It's cheaper than the one at CVS. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm going to take it with me when I go to the doctor. No more pain from squeezing for me.
